its a flv. unfortuenly most flv fhg are not made corretly and will not crop. it sucks...its not a software issue its a template issue
quickfix would be for anyone that is building flash flv's to place in the code a thumbnail image
I think this can be commented out also so users don't see it but ST should see it..
